Balbriggan Dojo. 5 April 2025

Today was a long day for Balbriggan Dojo. First, we had the regular class at Balbriggan Clubs Community Centre. The class was focused on Morotedori Kokyunage. Tai no Henko Tai no Henko Ki no Nagare Morotedori Kokyunage 1 Morotedori Kokyunage 2 (from up - down) Morotedori Kokyunage 3 (from down - up) Zagi Kokyuho Kihon Zagi Kokyuho Elbow Grab Then we moved to the pitch near Martello Tower and practised Jo for the next 1.5 hours: Jo Suburi. Ringsend Dojo. 2 April 2025

We started the day with outdoor weapons training in Ringsend Park, taking advantage of the good weather.
