This Monday Ringsend Community Centre was closed due to St. Brigit Day. So this week we shifted our class to Wednesday. We practised in the boxing gym and used this opportunity to do bukiwaza. Today we covered the techniques as follows: Shiboru Undo Migi & Hidari Shiboru Undo with a step Migi & Hidari Tanren Undo Suburi 1 Suburi 2 Suburi 3 After that we learnt a part of Ken Sou Hou, which can be literally translated as Ways of Sword's manipulation - the Aiki-ken techniques demonstrated by Saito sensei but not included in his formal teaching sets.
