Today, we bid farewell to 2024 during the final Aikido class of the year at Ringsend Dojo. Although attendance was small, the energy on the mats was anything but! We engaged in an intense session, making the most of every moment to reflect on our practice and push our limits. The class covered a wide range of techniques, ensuring a thorough and dynamic training experience.
