In the kids' class at Ringsend Dojo, we reinforced the basics—starting with belt-tying, then moving through stretching, core-strength exercises, Shikko, and Mae/Ushiro Ukemi. Today, we bid farewell to 2024 during the final Aikido class of the year at Ringsend Dojo. Although attendance was small, the energy on the mats was anything but!
