Yesterday we resumed outdoor practices after the winter break. We learnt Ken Sou Hou, which can be literally translated as Ways of Sword's manipulation - the Aiki-ken techniques occasionally demonstrated by Saito sensei but never categorised into a single teaching set. Nemoto sensei had carefully jotted down, compiled and organized these gems of knowledge based on what and how Saito-sensei showed and taught.
