Last weekend I spent in Poland participating in Summer Aikido School led by Shigemi Inagaki sensei.  About 250 people representing 20 countries were on the mats in Zlotow Sports Arena.  Inagaki sensei is an endless source of knowledge and I am excited to learn from him again. During three days he very methodically demonstrated the progression of the Aikido curriculum from very basics to the most advanced techniques. Unfortunately, the time was very limited, so it was simply impossible to cover everything, but sensei sent us a very clear message on the systematic approach to teaching by covering the most important checkpoints. At the end of the seminar, our Iwama band took a picture together.

Today we decided to practise in Marlay Park again. Upon arrival at the park, we were very surprised to see a classic car show on display. So we delayed our Aikido practice and spent some time wandering around magnificent vintage vehicles. It was definitely an unexpected but enjoyable experience.
