Today's class was focused on knife-taking techniques: 🔹 Tai no Henko 🔹 Tai no Henko Ki no Nagare 🔹 Katatedori Kokyuho Ki no Nagare 🔹 Morotedori Ki no Nagare 🔹 Tantodori (Tankendori):      •  Tsuki Kotegaeshi      •  Tsuki Rokkyo 1      •  Tsuki Rokkyo 2      •  Tsuki Gokyo      •  Tsuki Kokyunage 1      •  Tsuki Kokyunage 2      •  Tsuki Kokyunage 3 🔹 Zagi Kokyuho After the main class, we moved to Martello Tower and practised Jo outside: Jo Suburi Tsuki no Bu: 🔹 Chokuzuki (Kihon, Right stance, Tanren) 🔹 Kaeshizuki (Kihon, Right stance, Tanren) 🔹 Ushirozuki (Kihon, Right stance, Tanren) 🔹 Tsuki Gegan Gaeshi (Kihon, Right stance, Tanren) 🔹 Tsuki Jodan Gaeshi (Kihon, Right stance) And to finish the day on a fun note — an improvised football match, where the students proudly avenged all their training...

Today was a great weather so we begin practice in Ringsend Park. We explored the first five of Jo Suburi: Jo Suburi. Tsuku no Bu: Chokuzuki Kaeshizuki Ushirozuki Tsuki Gedan Gaeshi Tsuki Jodan Gaeshi Jo Awase: Chokuzuki Awase Kaeshizuki Awase  Tanren: Chokuzuki Kaeshizuki Ushirozuki Tsuki Gedan Gaeshi The main class was focused on Katatedori techniques: Tai no Henko Katatedori Kokyuho Katatedori Yonkyo Ura Katatedori Koshinage (no head insersion) Zagi Kokyuho ✨  Join Us! Today we practised again in Ringsend Park before the main class at Ringsend & Irishtown Community Centre.
