Balbriggan Dojo was full of people and energy today. We focused on mastering the Shomen Uchi Kotegaeshi technique. Today we did only bukiwaza, as we usually do on the first practice of the month. This month we will practise with Jo. Today we learned basic paired exercises to facilitate the further study of longer Kata and Kumi-Jo. Jo no Suburi. Tsuki no Bu set: Chokuzuki Kaeshizuki Ushirozuki Tsuki Gegan Gaeshi Tsuki Jodan Gaeshi Jo no Awase.
