Today in the Ringsend Dojo we continued to study Iriminage and had a little fun doing randori first time after the pandemic.  Techniques covered: Tai Jutsu Tai no Henko Tai no Henko Ki no Nagare Morotedori Kokyuho Shomen Uchi Iriminage Kihon Shomen Uchi Iriminage Ki no Nagare (Uke attacks with back hand) Shomen Uchi Iriminage Ki no Nagare (Ura variation) Shomen Uchi Kotegaeshi Kihon Shomen Uchi Kokyunage Randori practice: Iriminage, Kotegaeshi, Kokyunage from Shomen Uchi attack Bukiwaza Ki Musubi no Tachi Today S. did "mitori keiko" - training by watching, an important part of learning Aikido. Yesterday we had chance to practice in Dublin again. Unfortunately rain did not allow to cover all planed points in necessary volume...
