- Morotedori Kokyuho (Hand up. Variation 1)
- Morotedori Kokyuho (Hand up. Variation 2)
- Morotedori Kokyuho (Hand down)
- Morotedori Kokyuho (Wrist grab)
- Morotedori (twist) escape
- Morotedori (twist) Kokyunage
- Morotedori (twist) Ikkyo
- Ushiro Ryokatadori Aiki Otoshi
- Zagi Kokyuho
During the Bukiwaza section, we continued exploring Ken Sou Hou (ε£ζζ³)
- Ken Sou Hou 1 - Hip twist tsuki
- Ken Sou Hou 9 - Right tsuki to left tsuki transition (double-layered tsuki)
- Ken Sou Hou 4 - Hit the sword and strike to the head
- Ken Sou Hou 8 - Drop the sword and cut the wrist
