Today, many of our members were away attending the seminars in Northern Ireland and the USA. With a few members on the mats, we concentrated on 6 basic Aikido Kokyu moves and related techniques. Kokyu Dosa was framed by Inagaki sensei and learned by our instructors during their time in Japan. Kokyu Dosa - 6 Kokyu moves Movement 1 Tai no Henko Tai no Henko Ki no Nagare Jutai Tai no Henko Ki no Nagare Ryutai Movement 2  Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote Movement 3 Ryotedori Ikkyo Omote Movement 4 Morotedori Kokyuho Movemen5  Kataetdori Kokyuho Movement 6 Morotedori Kokyunage Movement 2  Zagi Kokyuho As we discovered today, many Aikido techniques involve several movements forming the Kokyu Dosa exercise. 💫 New to Aikido?
