Balbriggan Dojo. 1 August 2026
Today, we began our practice in Balbriggan outdoors to rehearse our demonstrations for Dublin Comic Con. We covered the following techniques:
- Ken no Awase
- Kumitachi Henka
- 6 no Jo Kata & Awase
- 13 no Jo Kata & Awase
- Ken Tai Jo 1-5
The main class at Balbriggan Clubs Community Centre was focused on refining the 4th kyu techniques:
- Tai no Henko Kotai - Jutai - Ryutai
- Morotedori Kokyuho Kotai - Jutai - Ryutai
- Suwariwaza Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote & Ura
