๐ŸŒŸ We had the honour of opening Dublin’s first event in the series of ‘Dublin Sportsfest’, organised by the Dublin City Sport & Wellness Partnership during the European Week of Sport! ๐ŸŠ‍♂️๐Ÿšด‍♀️⚽️

Today we hosted a free Aikido trial session open to everyone. Five brave and curious participants joined us on the mats.

We began with basic body movements and ukemi drills, followed by a short introduction to Aikido techniques:

  • Tai no Henko

  • Tai no Henko Irimi

  • Katatedori Kokyuho

  • Kosadori Ikkyo Omote

  • Kosadori Kotegaeshi

  • Ryotedori Tenchinage

  • Zagi Kokyuho
