Today's class was focused on knife-taking techniques:

🔹 Tantodori (Tankendori):
     •  Tsuki Kotegaeshi
     •  Tsuki Rokkyo 1
     •  Tsuki Rokkyo 2
     •  Tsuki Gokyo
     •  Tsuki Kokyunage 1
     •  Tsuki Kokyunage 2
     •  Tsuki Kokyunage 3
🔹 Zagi Kokyuho

After the main class, we moved to Martello Tower and practised Jo outside:

Jo Suburi Tsuki no Bu:
🔹 Chokuzuki (Kihon, Right stance, Tanren)
🔹 Kaeshizuki (Kihon, Right stance, Tanren)
🔹 Ushirozuki (Kihon, Right stance, Tanren)
🔹 Tsuki Gegan Gaeshi (Kihon, Right stance, Tanren)
🔹 Tsuki Jodan Gaeshi (Kihon, Right stance)

And to finish the day on a fun note — an improvised football match, where the students proudly avenged all their training struggles and beat the team of our head instructor. ⚽💪
