Today in Balbriggan Dojo we focused on Ryokatadori Kokyunage techniques.

• Tai no Henko
• Tai no Henko Ki no Nagare
• Morotedori Kokyuho
• Ryokatadori Kokyunage (Kokyuho)
• Ryokatadori Kokyunage (Henka waza - uke's pushes you down)
• Ryokatadori Kokyunage (hip turn with elbows control)
• Ryokatadori Kokyunage (fall on knees)
• Zagi Kokyuho

After the main class at Balbriggan Clubs Community Centre, we moved to the football pitch near Martello Tower to practise Aiki-Ken:

• Suburi 1-7
• Migi Awase
• Hidari Awase
• Go no Awase
• Shichi Awase
