The weather was beautiful today, so we met in Ringsend Park before the regular class and learned the first Kumitachi (Ichi no Tachi) under the sakura tree.
The regular class was focused on Koshinage and Kokyunage techniques:
- Tai no Henko
- Tai no Henko Ki no Nagare
- Katategori Kokyuho (shihonage grip)
- Katatedori Kokyunage
- Katatedori Koshinage
- Katatedori Koshinage (head doesn't go under the arms)
- Katatedoti Kokyunage Oyo Waza 1 (shihonage grip, belt & neck)
- Katatedoti Kokyunage Oyo Waza 2 (shihonage grip, belt & chocking)
- Katatedoti Kokyunage Oyo Waza 3 (shihonage grip, choking, arm on the knee)
- Zagi Kokyuho
