In the kids' class at Ringsend Dojo, we reinforced the basics—starting with belt-tying, then moving through stretching, core-strength exercises, Shikko, and Mae/Ushiro Ukemi.

Techniques covered:

🔹 Kosadori Ikkyo (Omote & Ura)
🔹 Kosadori Kotegaeshi
🔹 Zagi Kokyuho

The adult class had a small but dedicated group, allowing for intensive Kakarekeiko training:

🔹 Morotedori Kokyuho
🔹 Ryotedori Kokyuho
🔹 Ryotedori Tenchinage
🔹 Ryotedoti Tenchinage Ki no Nagare
🔹 Katatedori Kokyunage 1 (lower triangle with atemi to the face)
🔹 Katatedori Kokyunage 2 (lower triangle with cutting leg)
🔹 Katatedori Kokyunage 3 (lock elbow using the shoulder)
🔹 Katatedori Kokyunage Oyowaza 1 (choking control)
🔹 Katatedori Kokyunage Oyowaza 2 (spine on the knee)
🔹 Kosadori Ikkyo Omote & Ura
🔹 Kosadori Kotegaeshi
🔹 Zagi Kokyuho
