Today very few members joined the class at the Balbriggan Dojo so we had an intensive Kakare Keiko practice.

Today was a special day as we welcomed Stefania back to training after nearly four months away! As always on Mondays, we began with the kids' class, focusing on building strength and foundational techniques.
