Today in Balbriggan dojo we continued to study the Kotegaeshi techniques:

  • Tai no Henko
  • Tai no Henko Ki no Nagare
  • Morotedori Kokyuho
  • Morotedori Ikkyo Omote
  • Morotedori Kotegaeshi
  • Morotedori Kotegaeshi Ki no Nagare
  • Zagi Kokyuho
After the main class, we met at the Balbriggan harbour and practised bukiwaza outdoors:

Today the weather permitted us to organise the bukiwaza workshop planned since early July. Unfortunately, many people who were interested could not make it today, but with the smaller number of attendees, we could get a more individual approach. Part I.
