Our friend Francesco came from Italy to attend the upcoming seminar with Ulf Evenas sensei and joined the practice in Ringsend dojo. We covered  some of the 5th kyu:

Today the weather permitted us to organise the bukiwaza workshop planned since early July. Unfortunately, many people who were interested could not make it today, but with the smaller number of attendees, we could get a more individual approach. Part I.
