Today in Balbriggan dojo we focused on techniques required for 5th and 6th kyu exams.

  • Tai no Henko Ki no Nagare
  • Morotedori Kokyuho
  • Suwariwaza Shomen Uchi Ikkyo Omote
  • Katatedori Shihonage Omote
  • Ryotedori Shihonage Omote
  • Zagi Kokyuho

After the main class, we practised weapons on the pitch near Martello Tower. We covered Ichi no Tachi there.

Today was a special day as we welcomed Stefania back to training after nearly four months away! As always on Mondays, we began with the kids' class, focusing on building strength and foundational techniques.
