Today in the Ringsend Dojo we practised in the next-door cabin without mats, so ukemi were very limited. Today we were only two with Y, so the training was more like Q&A session rather than traditional practice: some techniques were practised properly, while others were shortly discussed highlighting the tricky points.

Today the weather permitted us to organise the bukiwaza workshop planned since early July. Unfortunately, many people who were interested could not make it today, but with the smaller number of attendees, we could get a more individual approach. Part I.
