International Women's Day
Yesterday was the International Women's Day. We send our greetings to all Aikido women.

Today we had our first practice in the Orwell Hall of Christ Church Rathgar. Once a month we'll do bukiwaza there. This time we did Aiki-ken and covered the very basic movements.
