Today we had our first practice in the Orwell Hall of Christ Church Rathgar. Once a month we'll do bukiwaza there. This time we did Aiki-ken and covered the very basic movements. Unfortunately, many people who were interested could not make it today, but with the smaller number of attendees, we could get a more individual approach. Part I.
