Today at Balbriggan Dojo, we were thrilled to host a travel aikidoka visiting us from Sweden during his business trip to Ireland, and a newcomer who stepped onto the mat for the very first time. The mix of advanced, first-time visitors and our regular members (slightly fewer number than usual due to cancelled trains from Dublin) created an exciting atmosphere for practice. Ringsend Dojo. Special Class with Lars Hynsjö sensei. 6 May 2026.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming a special guest to the mats in Ringsend. Lars Hynsjö Sensei, a senior student and ambassador of Ulf Evenås Shihan, visited Dublin and taught a Ken Tai Jo class for our members. We began training outdoors in Ringsend Park before continuing at the Ringsend & Irishtown Community Centre.
