  • Ushiro Ryotedori Koshinage Sankyo variation (by special request from J. and S.)

Before the main class despite the rainy weather we found an opportunity to practise Aiki-ken:

Today the weather permitted us to organise the bukiwaza workshop planned since early July. Unfortunately, many people who were interested could not make it today, but with the smaller number of attendees, we could get a more individual approach. Part I.
