Before the regular practice in RICC, we practised bukiwaza in the park. Luckily the rain did not start until we finished.

  • Kumitachi 1 Henka Nigeki 2 (neck cut)
  • Kumitachi 1 Henka Nigeki 3 (elbow control)

Today we had our first practice in the Orwell Hall of Christ Church Rathgar. Once a month we'll do bukiwaza there. This time we did Aiki-ken and covered the very basic movements. Unfortunately, many people who were interested could not make it today, but with the smaller number of attendees, we could get a more individual approach. Part I.
